Jan ran 3 miles. If Jan can run a mile in 7.2 minutes, how long did she run?

21.6 minutes

If she can run a mile in 7.2 minutes then you need to multiply 7.2 by 3 in order to find how long she ran in order to finish the 3 miles.
7.2 * 3 = 21.6 min
